Seiffert Classic Guitar
The Seiffert Classic was co-designed by Brian Morrison and Ryan Seiffert. Inspired by the Fender Jaguar Guitar, Ryan wanted to reshaped the body style and make the body much smaller and lighter. The resulting design is a sleek, elegant, guitar that is a delight to play.
The primary wood used in the build is Cherry. Cherry is not a very dense hardwood, compared to that of walnut or maple. Because of this, guitar bodies built from this wood are extremely light. Native to North America, Cherry wood predominantly sourced from Pennsylvania and New York State.
Like the Signature Morrison Custom, innovation is found in the neck design and variability of the the scale length. The neck is laminated together using three pieces of lumber while the headstock is designed with a hidden scarf joint to help prevent the headstock from snapping if the guitar ever were to be dropped.
